Optimization of Forged High Pressure Elements of Fuel Accumulator of Common Rail System
Klepetko, David ; Svída, David (referee) ; Ramík, Pavel (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is the optimization of forged high pressure elements of fuel accumu-lator of Common Rail System. The aim of this work is to assess the current state and design the individual high pressure elements in the CAD system. There is implemented strain and stress analysis in the FEM system Abaqus/CAE and in fatigue postprocessor FEMFAT for all designs. On the basis of this analysis are proposed optimized design solutions.
CAD System for 2D Drawing
Brnický, Vojtěch ; Kubíček, Radek (referee) ; Kršek, Přemysl (advisor)
This thesis deals with creating a CAD system for 2D drawing. It contains an introduction to the genaral issues and characteristics of today's CAD systems. The thesis analyzes the system requirements, describes the design and subsequent implementation of the system. In the conclusion of the thesis, the achieved results are evaluated and the potential for further development is defined.
Design of single-purpose machine for washer stamping
Šverák, Petr ; Krbalová, Maria (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with design and construction of single-purpose machine for washer stamping. Manufacturing operation is described, solution is suggested and technical parameters of machine are selected. Then machine is designed in CAD system, basic construct calculations are performed and choice of purchased parts is justified.
Mechanical Component Design in Automotive Industry by Using CAD
Zeizinger, Lukáš ; Prokop, Aleš (referee) ; Novotný, Pavel (advisor)
The work deals with the strategies in the design of mechanical parts using CAD in terms of their historical development. It explains the basic concepts related to the use of CAD systems. The final section is devoted to the example of machine parts in the automotive industry.
